About me

My name is Nurlan. I am a system administrator for a large government company. I've been interested in open source software for a long time. I already knew a lot about Windows systems before and decided to try something new. Over time, I began to frequently encounter Linux systems and their capabilities. Like many other newbies, I started to get acquainted with the Ubuntu operating system. Since then, I have come a long way from a beginner in Ubuntu to a system administrator of Centos and Ubuntu servers in a large government company. I've tried many distributions in the process, including Mint, Debian, Arch Linux, Gentoo, but for now I've settled on Redhat, Centos, and Ubuntu. I am also very interested in Devops practices and cloud computing. And also developing as a web developer in the Ruby on Rails environment. I always try to develop in different directions related to IT, Open Source, Leadership, etc
